Disappointment in computer and accessories

After reading so many positive reviews I had high hopes. This keyboard/case is very disappointing. The small hinge tabs that you need to insert and secure the iPad into have been loosened and peeled off. Made it impossible to connect properly - I put my iPad Pro in this case once and when repositioned (as it should) I could never do it again. Even if you turn your iPad Pro over to use it as a tablet only, as shown in the pictures, it does not lay flat. The hinges wouldn't allow that…

Buyer warning! for keyboards

I really REALLY wanted to love this keyboard. And in the few days it worked, I did just that. After 13 days of normal use, it broke as the hinge failed completely when I removed the iPad to use it in "tablet mode". It's such a great idea and it's a shame that such an expensive part can break after such a short period of use. #annoy

Also DOA Electronics

I was excited to try this Brydge but unfortunately mine was DOA too. I also noticed that with Brydge connected, it's also a bit difficult to swipe up, but I've never had a chance to really play with it. Being the second DOA out of six reviews, I think I'll wait before buying this product.

I received my order on June 21, 2019. This is DOA (free). I have messaged Bridge about this and am awaiting her next steps. Will update this review based on her answer (or lack thereof). Not all.

Best universal case for iPad Pro

The Brydge Pro turned out to be a very good buy for my 11 inch iPad Pro. The keyboard and lower part of the housing are made of aluminum and are color-coordinated with my Space Grey. This case looks like a professional accessory as it is heavy and prevents it from tipping over with the iPad Pro installed. big battery. This isn't a case you just dispel. Update, 4 months and 2 weeks later: Two messages to customer service. No Answer. Make it what you want. If you're having trouble with this keyboard and are outside of Revain's return window, then good luck! Update, 4 months later: The backlit buttons no longer work and the battery status indicator LED no longer appears when the battery status indicator button is held down.
