Top-Tier Protein Shake!

This is an incredible product! It provides a great chocolate taste, and digests smoothly in my stomach. The protein shake leads to increased muscle growth and recovery for my workouts, along with a boost in energy levels. One downside, though, is the calorie content, however, that is not unusual among protein shakes. Overall, it is a perfect choice for anyone concerned about their Health and Household.

I have a hard time over anything to say the actual effectiveness of protein in terms of building muscle mass. I am tall and naturally thin. I'm definitely seeing some muscle gain, but it's hard to say if this is better or worse than any other protein. But I love the brand and the mix of ingredients so I wanted this protein but I also know I like taste reviews before I buy - hope this helps someone.
