Description of πŸ”Œ BTECH 2 Pin (K1 Connector) to 3.5MM Adapter with Push-to-Talk Button: Easily Connect 2 Pin BaoFeng, Kenwood, BTECH Radios to 3.5mm Headsets with in-line Mics

Converts the accessory jack on your Baofeng (or similar) radio to adapt to the standard 3.5mm headsets or audio out jack. If your headset includes a inline mic - you will be able to use the inline mic for communication. Simply press the PTT button on the radio, or on the supplied PTT on the cable. The adapter splits into two lines, one line is for your headset to plug into - the second coil includes the PTT button - you can use the supply velcro or snap line to secure the PTT to a convenient location. BTECH is proud to be in the USA, which allows you to have the best available local support for any issue that may arise. BTECH only engineers and develops radio products. That brand focus allows you to have the best available radios and accessories with the most features, with real USA warranty and support.

Not my style on Portable Audio & Video

Hey it was worth a try to see if I could use a different pair of headphones but it was obvious that so many cables would interfere with my daily work of combat Crime boxes on the floor on the shelf where they should be restricted. I imagined with great clarity and color how those pesky BROWN boxes would grab my weak point and throw me on my PINK feet onto the GRAY tile floor, tying me up in BLACK with an extra WHITE cord. send a message," right after I blew my eardrums without reading the fine…

Works but note no built in mic, phone/mic headset required

Works great on the headphone side. However, remember that both a microphone and a phone must be connected to the input, in this case PTT will work. But if you only have headphones and no headset, this does not turn on the microphone (PTT only), so you hear "only". I could have figured that out by reading carefully before buying, but it wasn't obvious. I was able to use that too, plus a 3.5mm audio cable and a $5 USB sound card to get sound in fldigi, which should allow me to use the digital…

This is useful when you need it.

If you use a two-way radio and already have good headphones with a built-in microphone, this is a great way to replace the cheap headphones that come with it. I use this with some Shure in-ear monitors, which have a great fit and noise-cancelling ability, but also had to buy one of these https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B074V1RDTP/ because Shure headphones don't have in-line -Microphone. .My only complaint is that given the length of most headphone cables you will be plugging into this…

The impulse for the conversation is not the microphone.

It says right there in the description, but I, like many others, was wrong about how it works. In the photos they show what looks like regular in-ear headphones. But actually they have a built-in microphone. Many, like me, assume that you can talk using the PTT button; generated a lot of 1 star reviews because people think their reviews didn't work. I know it says it in the description but with all the 1 star reviews I would find a way to make it much clearer in the description. Anyway, now…

Finally getting my shooting protection set up properly

I have Import Sport headphones with audio input. Works for iPhone whatever. I was looking for the right setup to make it work as a paintball headset for me. That plus a headphone audio cable with a mic boom cable did the trick. I've always been looking for the right combination to use hearing protectors (which also improve the sound) with them. I considered throat mics but only one I found offered a 3.5mm jack and it was an unreliable site and didn't seem to offer a good pickup. There were many
