Excellent platform to create surveys effortlessly

It's easy for people who have no coding experience at all! Very intuitive interface that allows you control over every aspect of their survey creation process without any knowledge or code needed from them. I love how quick they are with answers if there isn't anything wrong in my request template yet (even though it takes some time sometimes). The support team can be very slow but once someone finally gets back online things go smooth again so not much frustration here either :) We use bucketโ€ฆ

  • The intuitive interface and easy to learn interface
Cons
  • Occasional support team slowness which is not really something i can control as they are working under a lot of pressure and sometimes it takes a bit longer than expected to get an answer back
