I liked the product, but the plastic piece that holds the strap around my neck broke while wearing it and shattered into pieces.

The perfect water bottle for my everyday needs. I no longer have to keep refilling my water bottle. Also, the opening of this bottle is big enough for me to put lemons in to add some acidity and vitamin C to my water.

I bought 2 in different colors. Blue cracked in the first few days. There were no problems with returning the defective one. For about a month without further problems. This item is ideal for those who don't drink enough water or for those who exercise.

I ordered 2 of these bottles. Both arrived crumpled. They are SOFT plastic, like a water bottle, so I figured I could easily pop the dents. Well, I was successful with one bottle, but the other bottle was not only dented, it also had a huge tear in the plastic. Do not buy this item. You are wasting your money!

I was very excited when I ordered this product. I really thought this would help me reach my hydration goals and it did. But it cracked less than two weeks after I bought it. I am very upset as the bottle is now unusable. I emailed the company asking for help and received no response after a week. That's "24-hour customer service" for you. In short, don't buy this if you're looking for a water bottle that will last more than a week.

So far so good! I've had this for a few weeks and it's holding up pretty well. I can see how the strap can break trying to walk around with this full one just holding it by the strap. But I'm a realist, so I store it like any other gallon-sized container of liquid. I would buy it again if it broke, it has helped me keep track of my daily water intake better not counting every cup. Also a little conversation starter in public!

Bought this water bottle to keep track of my water intake and it does just that. The quality is thick plastic and although there is a strap attached at the top I don't think I would pick it up when full. I say that because the strap is held in place by a plastic ring which I think will give out and break after a while. Although I wasn't planning on using the strap anyway, it has a built in handle that is very durable. I will say that if you really want to drink a gallon a day, you should fill…

Okay, first let me address a few one star reviews: • If it stinks at the end of the day, then flush it back • The description clearly says don't drop it • It's common sense if you drop something , it could break • It's also common sense that you shouldn't just carry it on your belt when it's full • The person who said it's more than a gallon isn't true. Last night I filled my gallon jug with water and it's exactly one gallon. The jug you have next to it in the photo is just a different shape. •
