This is a 2018 update. Now these pans go with everything. And if you use oil, it turns black and does not come off even with intensive cleaning (only recommended scrubbers were used). I even made a tool so it doesn't stick. I would like to return the whole set but I can't afford the shipping. Super disappointed and angry.

So happy when I received my pots and pans following the preparation instructions before use. Now I wish I had wasted my money. The coating on the underside has ripped off. oh wait, it gets even better, you want to replace your kit with what is called a lifetime warranty. which they can choose, and when they do, you pay more money, nine dollars apiece. way of taking care of customers. DO NOT BUY

My husband bought these because he cooks most of the time now and our old pans went through the grinder and all the non-stick coating wore off. They've been surprisingly strong, thick pans with very nicely riveted steel handles, and the non-stick coating has been excellent so far. We also like the nice thick glass lids and the solid steel handles on the lids. They justified the price we paid and we hope they last.

I rarely write reviews but I read a lot of mixed reviews about this brand before purchasing so thought I'd share my experience. I've been using this set daily for the past six months and absolutely LOVE it. Doesn't stick, very easy to clean, great price. One of my teenagers boiled water out of a pot and although it was discolored it didn't warp or damage the inside which I thought was pretty cool. Love, love, love this set and keep adding to it.

My wife wanted this pan set so I bought them as an early Christmas present after reading all the instructions and seasoning them as directed. Ready boiled potatoes to make real mashed potatoes, put everything in a red copper pan, pour sour cream, butter and milk. Have started using the blender as advertised. There was no roughness when the mixer was buried or anything. Now I have spiral scratches on the bottom and a streak on the sides. I like pans but don't use metal in them. scratches easily…

I think it's a godsend with these pots. I got two at Kohls first which worked great. Then I ordered this set. So far I've used three in this set. Two worked fine, but the small pan definitely doesn't have the same non-stick coating. Something is sticking to it and at one point I can't get the burned area off. I just received this this Saturday but we bought the large pan separately 3 months ago which encouraged us to make this purchase. We had a $250 calfalone set that we got for our wedding and after a while the nonstick coating started peeling off the food and it was awful. We haven't encountered an issue with the Red Copper pan as it's nonstick with added copper. We seasoned the pans per directions and they can be re-seasoned periodically to restore them to their original smooth non-stick…
