I was very disappointed with this product. I bought this lightbulb to show my support for my husband and many law enforcement friends. After a month of use, the bulb fell off the base. The lightbulb fell to the ground, shattered and made a mess! I had to remove the base from the nest which wasn't very safe and easy. I would not recommend buying this lamp.

I bought this lamp because I have a neurological condition that causes extreme sensitivity to light. I need a dark environment and sunglasses 24/7. However, when others come near me, they often need more light. These bulbs are a good compromise as the blue light is less harmful to my eyes than yellow or white light and still glows enough for others to see what they are doing.
