These are fantastic lights. They are beautiful and look so cool when on. The filament inside the bulbs is awesome and looks old. Arrived packaged well. All bulbs were packaged individually in their own box so 12 independent boxes inside one big box. The length of the strand is perfect. One additional nice touch is that the end of the run has a AC outlet so you can add on additional lights. There is a cap that covers the outlet when not in use. We love these lights on our pergola. I see no way to contact the seller here on Revain, which is disappointing, as one of the bulbs arrived with a broken filament.It was given as a gift to a friend who discovered the broken bulb after hanging the whole string, so I can't really ask him to take it all down to return/exchange it and I hate to give something that is faulty upon arrival. He's really happy with the way it looks - exactly what he wanted and the lighting looks really nice.Is there a way I can be sent a replacement bulb?
