Very unsafe! Sub-combustion has started and the fuel line is about to overheat and has become VERY HOT. I'm surprised the fuel line didn't melt. And yes, I have many stoves and I have not put a large pot on them. Very bad design.

This is a great little stove I have no complaints about heat or durability, the only issue I have is a narrow bottomed bowl doesn't fit so you need a small pot to heat water . I haven't boiled the eggs yet, but I think everything will be fine :)

I use this in my van/RV. Cast iron, bacon, eggs, coffee, soup, pasta, it does it all and never moves. I bought all the adapters at Walmart that allowed long 1lb butane and green propane tanks ($3 each, very cheap solution). First of all, this stove is made of thicker stainless steel than many of its competitors and the build quality seems really good at first glance. This is more of a camping stove than a backpack stove due to its size and weight. It comes with its own carrying case which is a plus for spreading out/car camping.
