The EK Tools Cutter Bee line was the best line of scissors and I am disappointed that they have been discontinued. I bought these to replace a pair I've been using for years. They are durable, made from high quality materials and very sharp. They cut as small details as you need, they are easy to control and comfortable to hold in your hand. They came new in the box with a blade sheath (important as the point is incredibly sharp).

These scissors are the best I have for cutting complex shapes. I stock them up for the day they run out! I heard the new style isn't that good, so I didn't risk buying them! They are sharp to the point and glide easily across the paper. Protect them with a lid, and if you want them really sharp, keep a pair for paper cutting only.
