Good product! - Leveling and stabilization

Works great! It's much better than turning by hand. I have it on a 28ft trailer with a dry weight of 6300lbs. No problem. It'll really lift the tires off the ground if you can get it that high. The work light puts out a good amount of light. Installation was pretty easy. It took about 30 minutes. I had enough wire to get to my battery so this worked great. Before connecting, go to the car zone and buy a copper battery clamp, which is not included in the kit. Otherwise a very easy installation…

The box, which was a Christmas present, was badly torn and sealed with tape but works.

Received 15 minutes ago, package badly torn and taped. It's not nice if it's a Christmas present. I don't know if internal parts are broken as it has light and mechanical parts. That worries me. I'm waiting for my husband to come home to check out his NOW early Christmas present to see more. I haven't been able to verify it yet, and the fault may be Revain's. Defective - Returned - Exchanged - ALL GOOD

So nice that this turned up before our trip. Hang the trailer on the truck, remove the old hand crank and install the new power jack in about 30 minutes. Connected to the power supply and the light came on as described. Cool. Press the EXT button to extend the plug and it worked. for about 2 seconds, then turn off. Press the RET switch to retract the jack and nothing. Hum Tried again and got another 1 second from EXT and again RET did nothing. I called Bulldog support, they confirmed it's…
