Revolutionary BullFrog Rust Blocker: Enhanced Emitter Shield - 13219 and 91321 Models Review

I've been using these slides in my gun cabinet for a few years now and they work really well. I have several antiques that need protection and regular checks don't reveal anything new. I use other BullFrog products and this is a great line of products.

I have problems with humidity in summer and bought this to protect my rifles/pistols in the safe. Just plug it in and it starts working. While I try to use desiccant packs to keep humidity down, this thing uses VPC as a rust preventative. While rust used to be a minor issue (I usually found it before it happened), it's gone now. Be sure to replace when recommended!

This is the second product I have used in a gun cabinet to protect guns from rust. Of course I always clean and oil them before putting them away but some of them have been there for a few years. This is certainly enough to vaporize the oil and lose any protection it might offer, but without rusting the guns. I don't know how it works but I'm happy with the result.
