This is a BIG step for the bumper hitch!

This towbar is fantastic. It takes about 30 seconds to install and is very durable. Not only does it provide a stand for my truck bed, it also protects my bumper and has LED lights that light up when I brake. I had to buy a short extension as the cord wasn't long enough to reach the plug in my bumper so you can order it when you buy the step. I believe the extension cost about $5.00 at Wal-Mart.

Great step for hooligans and LED light.

I have used several of these bullies with LED brake lights. People have come across and damaged quite a few of these, but they are much easier and cheaper to replace than rear bumpers. They are also great for cleaning the top of the back of vehicles and offer great protection while your car is parked. They fit perfectly in 2" coupler pockets and leave plenty of room to access the locking pin, which is highly recommended.

  • Feels good

  • Small change

Costs money! for hauling groceries and winches

I love my new LED footrest. Fits perfectly in my 2" hitch on my 2016 Ram 1500. The plug was a little tight and the hole where the wires came out of the hitch was open to the elements. I used an E6000 to seal it and a bit on the connector where the wires meet to seal it. Went like clockwork. I wish it had a pin but that's ok. The LED brake light is good and bright. Others have complained that it doesn't was welded crooked but as you can see in the pictures I welded it perfectly.

Bully LED trailer step

Beautiful step. I have previously bought one used and was very happy with it until I hit the cement base of a light pole in a parking lot. I hit pretty hard and thought I broke my bumper. However, when I looked, Bully's hitch was taking all the hits! My car was not hurt at all, but the tyrant's step was wasted. This thing probably saved me $1,600. I kept the old one until I got this one. I will NEVER be without him now. I highly recommend this product. The LEDs work very well and make you much…

Good looking AND functional

This is my "second" clutch/stage. I recently ran into a rear fender bend in my Toyota Tacoma 4x4 (which had a clutch/step) and Nissan Maxima. Maxima was completely destroyed. The car banged through the radiator and squirted out coolant. My truck pulled away easily like a bug had stabbed it in the back. The clutch footpeg was wrecked, but I would have preferred it to my truck. As part of the contract I got a new bumper as it was starting to rust anyway and his insurance paid for it. To add to my

Great hitch spacing but get a 12 " 4 pin trailer wiring extension

I like this product but it has some cons. This is my second one. The first was also a bully brake light but it was black. I kept it on my old tundra for about 6 years, the black looked great against the silver truck, however the black faded much quicker than the rest of the truck's black trim and that bothered me, wanted one for the new tundra so I decided to keep the old one on the truck and buy a new one. I bought the chrome one. It's a lot better than I thought it would be. It seems strong…

Pros
  • Alright!
Cons
  • Expensive

Nice piece, solid and easy to assemble.

Item exactly as described and easy to assemble. The only negative thing I can think of after installing the Step for the past few months is that the square metal tube that goes into the receiver is starting to rust. I wasn't expecting this as it appears to be either varnished or painted. I can imagine it getting worse over time - my truck is in great condition and it frustrates me every time I see rust on the steps. I'll have to take it off the truck, sand it down and rust it black I guess…

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Big and chunky
