Not worth the high price

Not bulky. It also irritated my scalp and caused some itching. I didn't send it back, just stopped using it. I only use the rest for the footbath. I went back to my Andalou for the aging shampoo. I am not affiliated with any company.

Dries out my hair and causes a lot of hair fall

The smell was quite pleasant, that's the only good thing I can say about this shampoo and conditioner Try brushing my wet hair. I'm losing a handful of hair. Time to send it back and get your money back.

It makes me look like I have big hair

It makes me look like I have big hair. It's amazing because believe me I don't! It dries out the hair a bit and I put a little spray on the sections of hair that need extra conditioning. But the combination makes my hair look healthy and full. A new look for me with my baby fine hair.

Potentially non-genuine

This product comes in different packaging than the standard B&B thickening shampoo I have been buying for years so I thought it was non-genuine. This shampoo also weighs my hair down like never before. I will not buy this product from this seller again.

Good filling and thickening results!

In use for at least 5 years. I am Swedish with typically fine, silky hair. I really LOVE it as it helps a lot in adding volume, feel and look to my hair.

Just me? Shampoo and conditioner

I find this shampoo does not lather well, you have to use a lot! I've also noticed that after washing and applying my regular conditioner when drying/blow drying my hair gets very heavy and looks greasy/dirty like I need to wash it again. Not full and not elastic. Really flat and heavy. Have you read that this product could be counterfeit? I don't know but I bought a huge bottle because I've had good results with other products from this company, but I will never buy this again! Spending over…
