Hi copper alloy connector designed to connect two copper conductors in splice or tap configurations for power and grounding applications. Accomodates copper wires #12 STR - #8 Sol in equal run and tap configurations. Accomodates #16 STR with maximum wire size. UL Listed for power and grounding. Direct Burial Rated for Earth and Concrete.

Terrible Connector for Electrical Work

According to my experience this product is absolutely useless for anyone doing electrical work .The design is clunky and makes it difficult to install properly. While the price may seem reasonable, trust me, it's not worth it. This connector caused more trouble than it was worth and ultimately resulted in a delay in my project. Overall, I would not recommend this product to anyone in the Tools and Home Improvement category..

Extremely overpriced.

This is a good product but I gave it a bad review because of the price. Of course it was my fault but I thought the price was for a pack of five not one. You can buy a pack of five of the same from Ace Hardware for $7.99.
