Great product. Revane's "execution" is not. After over a month and countless reports of delays, this order of 4 tubes of Burt's Bees lip balm has finally arrived. The shipping envelope was soaked in a thick, sticky mass of lip balm, the containers warped from the heat, and the whole mess cost $3.39 in postage. I declined this order and did not pay the postage. Be aware that no matter how good the product is, it will not be delivered on time and will not resemble a tube of lip balm!

A handy set of 4 with the pomegranate flavor that is sometimes hard to find. The tubes are standard size and packed in a regular plastic bag. hard to find. I've been buying this lip balm from the supermarket for about 4 years and when I saw that it was cheaper here at Revain to buy the multi pack I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, there is definitely something wrong with the batch I received. Rather than having a smooth, moist texture like the tubes from the supermarket, they have a pebbly texture and need a bit of rubbing to keep my lips moisturized. I love this particular Berts Bees product but the product I received had a release date of 2014! That's 7 years ago. According to the manufacturer their product has a shelf life of 3 years which means they sent me a product that was FOUR YEARS past the expiration date. Rough. Returned immediately.

This has been my favorite lip balm since I discovered it many years ago. I keep one by the bed, one in my makeup bag, one in my purse, one at work. Basically my day is ruined if I don't have lip balm. It smells nice, has a pleasant natural shade and moisturizes well.

It's not a harsh product so it's easier to get a good layer of protection on the lips and I like the smell and feel of the pomegranate oil compared to an unflavored pure glycerin product.
