Burt's Bees can't go wrong

I bought this for the cold winter months. My lips crack and bleed from the first cold wind. That works great. Also handy for children. The taste is mild cool mint taste and smell. I feel this is the best protection for my lips in the cold wind. Holds up pretty well. I apply several times a day. I will buy again.

Ingredients different from original

Too greasy feel compared to original Burt's Bees with mint. The ingredients are different, that's probably why. The main ingredient in this one is sunflower oil compared to coconut oil in another. The taste is also mostly cucumber. Didn't notice mint. I had hoped otherwise. I had to send it back.

Drying Beauty & Personal Care

I love that cucumber and mint taste and smell (some of my friends don't like it). But I found that the mint in it was actually DRYING out my lips and possibly causing irritation. It's more waxy than I'd like - it's not very moisturizing so I felt I should use it more often. That seems to be the hidden irony of many lip balms - the more I use it, the more it "needs" me. And it's expensive. I switched to a "naked organic" lip balm, which is just as expensive but seems to work much better andโ€ฆ

Cucumbermint is a lip balm with an amazingly powerful flavor and long-lasting effect. Now he's always with me, protects my lips from cracks and the girls like his taste too. The best are the natural ingredients; no parabens, petroleum, propylene glycol, phenol or other toxic substances you should never put on your lips! Burt's Bees are the best.

Wrong and Faint Flavor

This is the second time I have purchased a packet of Burt's Bees lip balm. For some reason when I receive them in a box they are rolled all the way to the top of the lid, broken and cannot be rolled back. However, when I buy them individually, that never seems to be a problem. I was very disappointed. I bought this fragrance because my sister had it and I really liked it. However, the set I received doesn't seem to smell or taste as strong. That too was a bit disappointing.
