Useful for replacing the homemade Power Wheels battery

I bought these to use with the SLA battery which I use to replace the standard battery on a Power Wheels car. A standard drive wheel battery has one built in so you will need this or a fuse if you are using a non drive wheel battery in your car.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Has defects

good product best among circuit breakers

the product installs quickly and solves the problem of blown fuses because as a circuit breaker, it takes a little longer to turn off the fuse. I've had problems with some aftermarket electric fans blowing a fuse at start after measuring the start amp. This switch did what I needed and works great

Cons
  • old

Waste of money on switches

I bought this because every once in a while the 25 amp fuse on my motor home slide blows. Since it was a 30 amp unit that was said to have a self-reset I figured it would save me the trouble of having to replace the fuse every time. nope! It worked like a fuse until it blew and never reset. Do not buy.

Pros
  • switches and relays
Cons
  • doubt

Doesn't match the ATC slots but it's worth it!

They definitely won't fit regular fuse holders, but damn I'm so tired of changing fuses every time I need to check a connection or something. These things work great! Stop wasting backups while working on something. I use mine to control the output of my air compressor for a set of train horns. I have connected a ViAir 450 to it and have been using them together successfully for about 3 months. So far no problems. See photos for a comparison of regular fuses and this switch and how I cut the…

Pros
  • Circuit Breaker
Cons
  • Requires Socket
