Oil Collector on Serving Utensils

I bought these after seeing one on my son and immediately decided it was the only way (at least for me) to serve butter. I've always disliked spreading hard butter on toast etc and this works great. Keeps butter at room temperature and spreads easily. Just be sure to wrap it up there and press it down so it doesn't fall into the water. If you like really soft butter then this is what you need. This particular one isn't that big, but it suits me. So if you have a large family, check out theโ€ฆ

Pros
  • โœ”๏ธ DURABLE CERAMIC: Made of high quality, dishwasher safe speckled ceramic and holds approximately 1 ยฝ packets of oil.
Cons
  • Not as thick as the others

Innovative solution to keep oil soft and fresh

Besides the fact that this is a very nice little saucepan, what I like about this ceramic bowl is that you can butter it in the morning. No more soaking in the microwave, which often results in a complete mess. However, on hot days (I'm in southern Oregon) it gets too soft so I just put the pot in the fridge and take it out again to leave it overnight so it can be applied in the morning. I'm sure I won't have to do that when fall comes. I change the water every day and have had no problems with

Keep Refrigerated When Not In Use

We got this pot because of the material it's made of so we can put it in and take it out of the fridge. Looks great and says what it is. Love! My husband prefers soft, spreadable butter, but he's the only one in the house who loves it, so we eat it slowly. We add a stick to this pitcher and put it on the table (with water) over the weekend, then drain the water and put it in the fridge for a week when not in use. It takes us about a month or more to sort the oil and it stays fresh all the time.

Pros
  • โœ”๏ธ COOK'S PROMISE: We carefully wrapped this butter dish in Styrofoam to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Cons
  • A newer model could have been chosen
