I hope SACHA Buttercup Powder sticks around forever!

I've tried NUMEROUS setting powders that claim to be "transparent" but they NEVER are. I always have that flashback or reverse raccoon eye in photos, or they just made me look ashen. and as we know, it's never good. I decided to buy this powder after seeing that many of the makeup artists I follow on Instagram use this powder. I've been using it for a little over a month and I LOVE IT. I will never use anything else! The price is amazing (compared to branded prices at Sephora), as is the amount

It's beautiful, but be careful because you can break out

I have used it twice since it arrived. The first time I tried to tell myself it was irritating wherever I applied it, but after the second use I realized it was causing the red bumps under my eyes, forehead and chin. It's so beautiful, but the consequences aren't worth it. I'm still taking care of my skin and I hope all those bumps go away.

Pros
  • . It's OK!
Cons
  • No insurance

Doesn't change the color of all my makeup, contour and blush! Just seals the work I just did without changing the colors. The photo I am posting is just foundation, blush and my eyebrows. But I wanted to post it so you can see how even my skin tone looks with this stuff! I have combination skin, oily and dry (yes, I know, that makes no sense!). Therefore, it is very difficult to find cosmetics that suit my skin. I used Dermacol Foundation but needed setting powder. I tried a few different onesโ€ฆ

Super obsessed! the best personally

To tell you I'm obsessed with this is a massive understatement. To be honest, I don't know how I managed without this buttercup setting powder. It's very easy to use. I apply right after the concealer and bake for about five minutes (I also posted a photo). I thought it would make me look super duper ashy, but I was wrong. It's so good for women of color. I had trouble finding a compatible color and it was worth the wait. I know some have said they have skin reaction issues, but rememberโ€ฆ

This product is good, but use carefully

This product is good, but use carefully! These reviews are not in vain. The first application was amazing but when I washed it off my face was flushed. That night to be exact. My face itched and burned. Maybe I just have sensitive skin. You just have to be careful. The moment you feel itching and burning, take it off to keep it from getting worse.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

Awesome, but beware.

I was sooo shocked when I saw the negative reviews about the reaction to the powder. I have somewhat sensitive skin. I decided to give it a try anyway because of all the GOOD reviews and all the 'youtubers' who seem to swear by it. I've only used it once so far (Saturday night, I've been 3 days without makeup) so far no reaction. It's not too light like many setting powders and doesn't leave me ashen. Update: After about a week of use I started noticing slight irritation, small itchy bumps andโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Done
Cons
  • Upgradeable

This package does not look new. Looks really shabby. And as if it had been opened before. Inside is a plastic sticker. but there was already powder on the cap. And there are marks all over the bottom and a few on the sides. Abrasion that would not be due to packaging or shipping, but rather to something previously experienced. I do not know. I'm guessing because I don't want to play with my face at a company salesman deciding to be greedy or trimming the product with something to lower theโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly
