My Steam Link recommends using a wired connection for best performance. I bought two kits with 1 port. One for the living room where my steam duct is located and one for the opposite side of the wall in my bedroom. I thought to myself, maybe when laying another cable. I installed a 6 port kit on the bottom where my router is. Installation was pretty easy, just drill a few holes and cut a hole for the kit. Gives everything a nice clean look. I plan to expand this later.

I just wanted to be able to turn off ethernet from my room that has a hole in the wall to the next room where there is a router and get things straight . a pain trying to mark the mount with a pencil when trying to attach it and then had to cut a little closer to the edge because the way the mount is designed can't easily make a proper mark . This was a minor issue though and I wouldn't deduct stars for it, it's just the nature of a project like this. For anyone wondering, this has ZERO impact…
