TV & Video Backup

Backup and Restore does not work because there is no option for it in any menu. It didn't work on the xrs4500. Rather than fix the problem they just left it with the xrs4900 even though the ad says it has that feature.

This is a good smart tv streaming box in 2021.

Very nice smart set top box I've ever had and the apps are nicely arranged in window icons. Very easy to follow instructions when setting up and user friendly.

This is a great box BUT the Bee-Link box is way better. more modern.

The batteries for the remote control are always ready. The storage should have been in the new Firestick 4K. Cube 4K too. It's nice to be able to fit a hard drive into these boxes. They work way better. You can download them to your computer and put them in a box. works well. This BuzzTV box needs an update. prompt. Many Thanks

Box max 4900 for TV and video

I'm sending this box back asap, terrible customer service! Trying to get help downloading IPTV so I can watch live TV checked my ISP and IPTV provider. The problem with the box itself, the hum did not respond to numerous requests. Never again!

Stopped after 3 months

Purchased on June 10th. Programmed and works with IPTV. Can only record 1 channel and switch to that channel to record. Recording setup - 50/50 chance it will work. Was disappointed but you can live. Until we turned it on on August 5th and it didn't work. Comes on but no picture. Revain returns are closed on July 22nd. The seller sent an email and is unable to contact Buzztv for warranty information. I want to repair or replace.

Update issues and loading screen!

I received My Box today and have gone through the entire installation process and kept getting this error message. So it finally went through the whole update and is now stuck in the loading screen. Loading! For IPTV box $200 plus tax! Your customer service sucks!
