Do not use with protective case

This product is very well made and worth every penny unless you use a durable protective case with your iPad Pro. The problem is that the angle of the cable head is such that it doesn't touch the connector when it has a protective cover. The only way to make it work is to remove or cut the casing. If you don't plan on using a protective case then it's worth the money and you won't be disappointed. Problems with the audio/headphone jack on the product?

So I got my adapter/stand in the mail today (a day earlier than expected which was nice). I like the build quality of the device. I appreciate having a stand for my iPad Pro. Item in good condition but parts are missing

Great product, solid build. Would have gotten 5 stars if all parts were in the box. This item is also a bit pricey considering it is a USB mount that you can buy separately for a lower price. I opened the box to assemble the stand with the included screwdriver but found a small pocket where the screw should have been, not in the pocket. CHAIN ​​LACE WILL BREAK IN THE IPAD 😩

Great concept, that's the only reason I bought it. But literally three times after using this thing the charger. MY IPAD BROKE IN. And it's very hard to find out before that happens. I find that when I plugged in the charger and unplugged it like any other charger, it was quite difficult. Fast forward now, this thing broke my bloody $1,000 iPad. Wonderful etude world of garbage!

I love the stand! Lightweight and durable, it holds my iPad 12.9 2020 perfectly. I love the hub, it's beautiful! not a cheap plastic case, but solid. This thing looks amazing and has so many ports and options I was really excited. BUT! Then I tried to connect it. The USB-C was very tight, I had trouble pushing it in either direction or pulling it out again. HDMI was wrong! The cable couldn't go all the way in and sometimes worked but then spoiled the picture. This product is non-functional garbage. The seller admits that the goods are of poor quality. The seller tried to convince me to leave a 5 star rating. The seller refused to offer a refund. Good Product with Recommended Installation

Let me start by saying that my rating is 4 stars for what appears to be a non-recurring problem. My main gripe with this product from the start (as shown in the picture) is that I can't fill the screen no matter what I do. On other keys I can get it where there are no stripes at the top and bottom, just on the sides. What to expect based on the aspect ratio of the iPad. But here I have stripes all over the screen of my monitor. I tried auto-adjusting the monitor and other tricks in the book but

I shouldn't give this thing 5 stars...but after returning 4 other hubs/keys from other brands I can safely say THIS is THE ONLY hub any Revain seller should try, for sale for $25. Calling all citizens of the Apple ecosystem, buy this thing and you're essentially getting a "spare laptop".
