These are really good sharp pencil sharpeners. Much better than the regular sharpener from Walmart or Target. The only downside is that you need to have a small bowl or something to collect the shavings, but that's not a problem for us. Good thing they come with extra blades. Act!

I had a sharpener that I bought 45 years ago when I was an engineering student and needed to draw. I can't find it now. I don't like the plastic bags they make for school kids. That's why I ordered this set. It's just like the professional one I've had all these years. It is durable (made of metal) and makes the tip of the pencil very sharp. These little sharpeners are great. They are small and do a great job of creating a nice sharp point for your writing pleasure! They come with interchangeable blades and small carry cases so you don't leave marks on your pocket, clothes or bag. I bought these specifically to use with Mitsubishi HB pencils for the bar exam. I wanted something small and strong and this sharpener got it. The fact that they sent two in one package means I could give one of these to a family member as a gift for their home office. This item sharpens pencils to a very fine point without breaking the lead and is very easy to use, not to mention it takes up a lot less space than any electric sharpener available, nor does it take much longer to sharpen a pencil than those electric sharpeners.
