I received this harness to test and it turned out to be my main harness. Velcro holds very well. I tested it as a daily pedometer, running, cycling and swimming. It is not lost in any action. He even took it out on the lake and it stayed after it was unloaded.

This strap is probably better than the straps that came with the unit and so far has held up better than the official replacement I have ordered. It went like this for 2 weeks. This has been going on for several months with no problems. Very similar to the Nike band that comes with the Apple Watch Series 4.

Pros: New hardware and torx screwdriver included. I had to look at a customer review photo to find out. The group is a bit small. Ideal for small/regular wrists, but worth measuring before buying if you have large wrists.

This is a great replacement band for the Garmin 920xt for those with small wrists or who don't like the feel of plastic against their skin. It was very easy to install and has a better setup device than Garmin actually offers. Garmin used to make one for the 910xt that was similar but didn't have that option for the 920.

My wife and I have had a 920xt for several years and have changed a dozen belts. Initially I tried replacing the fake band but this gave me a very bad rash. I've had this tape for a few months now and I like it better than the original. This is definitely the way to go if your original group collapses at some point. The only catch, being a cloth material, it stays wet a little longer after a shower or a lot of sweating, but I rarely notice that.

Much better than the strap the watch came with and another replacement strap I bought. I wanted a solid black bar, which Garmin doesn't make. I bought another replacement strap that wasn't the same quality as Garmin's and the loop holding the strap broke quickly. I then used an elastic band to hold the strap. The sizing is a bit misleading. When the Velcro is loosened, the plastic end of the strap prevents either end of the strap from detaching from the watch. So, to put the watch on your wrist, your hand must go through the loop that the strap forms with the watch. At first it was difficult to pick up the watch.
