This is a non-stick coating, my problem is that the underside scratches our glass surface. The ridges appear larger and sharper. If you try to move or rotate them, they will get scratched. We have to be extra careful not to move the pans when they're on the stove, which is tricky. I liked the latter, but these are different.

Shopping online and being invisible made me worry that I would end up with either overly light or non-stick pans with enamel or something. The red dot gets a little darker. , but I cook long enough that I don't have to look at it to know when to put food in the pans. 😉

I use them for almost everything! These are the last pots you'll ever need! Easy to clean, wash and store! They work great! I usually use olive oil to keep things from sticking, but it doesn't have to be! They didn't burn to the oil like our last three pans. They don't scratch with our sponge like the previous ones. You have served us for at least a year. We bought these from Revain for a friend who is getting married in August. Definitely worth your money!
