We decided to try the C9 brand for our son. He prefers Nike and then Under Armor, but I love the price of the C9. When I first wore it I was impressed with the quality. It's not Nike, but equivalent to UA. Our 8 year old son is 4ft 7" and weighs 75lbs and this jacket fits him perfectly. The material is heavy enough to keep him warm but not so thick that he gets hot. This zip up sweatshirt is perfect for my son. The sizing is great, it fits him exactly as we would expect from a medium. The material is soft and easy to move. Great for those days when he needs an extra layer and not a coat. It's warm enough for colder weather, yet light enough to walk and bike in easily and comfortably. In my opinion, a little thin, more suitable for the spring-autumn period. He likes the pockets and the hood. It's a nice neutral color that goes well with most of his outfits.

I actually ordered this for my daughter as we were looking for a fairly basic black jacket to wear over her soccer jersey on the sidelines. This one is perfect. Great fit. The sleeves are long enough for her long arms. It's quite light and she says it's one of the most comfortable jackets she's ever had. There is enough space in the shoulders and chest and I think it will fit even a medium sized boy.

We live in Louisiana and most of the time there is no real winter here. I think for the last 2 years we've gone below zero maybe 5 times a year. Well done and it looks pretty cool. If I could choose one size instead of sending a random size to check I would choose a small one. Kiddo is petite and medium is probably more appropriate for next year. However, he liked it and wanted me to just roll up my sleeves for him to wear. It's a lightweight, stretchy sportswear material, but thick enough to be good for chilly (but not cold) mornings.

This is a nice lightweight terry sweatshirt/jacket. Has a hood and a zipper. The material is soft and comfortable. It's not very thick so not for very cold weather but works fine where we live. It should be loose but it fits my son. We have a medium size as he usually wears it but it might be a bit small. He can zip it up, but it's not dangling. If you want a looser fit, order one size up.

The C9 Champion Tech Terry Woven Pieced Full Zip Jacket for boys runs small but is easy to put on as it has a full zip. Order one size larger. My 7 year old son wears size 8 and this M 8/10 is too small. There are thumb holes if your child needs it. Not very soft and breathable.

The rating is based solely on my use of the item. My 10 year old daughter is quite petite and athletic. She usually wears a size 8 and we have this jacket in a size M which should be an 8-10. It's big for her so I think it would fit a size 10. It's a lightweight jacket perfect for spring or summer or indoors.

This jacket is perfect! I'm a medium size and it's pictured on my 6 year old, although it's big it's a great growing up jacket and he loves it! My 7 year old daughter loves wearing it too! Practical zip with hood. This is a warm layer that can be worn under a heavier jacket. Or perfect for a chilly morning but warms you up during the day. Well made and washes well. No shrinking.

This is a nice little jacket. Lighter than expected but well suited to our southern region as we honestly don't get much cold.
