Fits Honda Fits Air Filter

I used a cheaper filter and got better fuel economy but I noticed that I was hesitant to start. This keeps the car running like new and is still around 50% cheaper than a Honda filter.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Fair

Worked great on a 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix GT

As the title suggests, it works well with Pontiac's 3.8-liter supercharged V6 engine. Two clamps (it will help if you remove the hose from the intake manifold), remove the old one, remove foliage and garbage, put a new one if necessary.

Pros
  • . Quality construction
Cons
  • The list would be long.

Perfect Fit Air Filter

This air filter for my 2008 Buick Lacrosse (Type III 3.8L V-6 engine) fits snugly but perfectly. If you are considering the purpose of a closed air filtration system for a car, you can't go wrong with Fram Air filters. Five stars plus!

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons

Doesn't fit 2002 Impala

It was very exciting to take the previous filter out of the car only to find that this filter didn't fit. The information on the box that came with the filter said it would fit my 2002 Chevrolet Impala. It is not! As you can see in the picture, the photo on the left is the new filter, the photo on the right is the old filter. It is clear that the sizes are different.

Pros
  • Nice thing
Cons
  • There are new competitors

I fixed some problems in my 2003 Impala.

Mom didn't seem to change the engine air filter on her 2003 Chevy Impala that often. I thought the problem might be the exhaust or the catalytic converter, but no, a bad air filter. I changed the spark plugs and fuel filter right after receiving the car, but for some reason I still haven't gotten to the air filter. The fit was perfect and I've never had a problem with the FRAM filters on my Ford vehicles.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • A few little things

Change the filter regularly.

This is an OEM style replacement filter. My old one was about a year old. This is the cheapest fram filter of this size. To be honest I don't know why I would buy one of their more expensive filters, especially since it's the nicest filter they make. It has a bright orange foam rubber frame that fits snugly into the air intake of my 2003 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS (3.8L engine). It was cheaper here than buying from a local store. There are no noticeable changes in performance or mpg. I was able…
