This is the engine air filter

Well this is the air filter for my car. To need. Fram air filters are generally a high quality product and I have used Fram air filters in my vehicles for decades.

Fits perfectly and saves me having to pay someone else to fit it

Great filter that takes just 10 minutes to change out. The dealer is asking $75 for such a replacement, and at this price point, that's not a problem. Fits easily on my Elantra 05 and is of better quality than the OEM filter used.

Poor quality, use another brand.

Complete junk like Fram oil filter, just as bad, easy to disassemble, fibers everywhere, the filter on the packaging showed a wire mesh over the filter but after delivery it was not found. Not as advertised. Luckily I got my money back. Managed to save the filter. They didn't even want to return the trash.

Fits 2006 Hyundai Elantra

Fits my 2006 Hyundai Elantra perfectly. They're recommended for 12,000 miles, so I use a marker and write "change in x miles" on the orange frame so I'll remember. Also, when my wife takes the car to the store, when they try to sell her an air filter, she can object that "the husband wrote the mileage on the filter, then we'll change it".

Perfect fit for my Hyundai and Kia

These engine air filters are perfect for my 2003 Hyundai Elantra and 2008 Kia Spectra5. Installing on Hyundai requires a bit of effort to assemble the housing, but that's not the filter's fault. The casting material looks identical to the Kia part, but the old filter material is a bit stiffer in both cases, probably due to age. I cannot judge the effectiveness of these filters. I hope to buy them again in a year or so.
