Worked great to make a DP extension

For a VR system I had to extend the DP by 15MB. Unfortunately the cable I bought only had pin ends so I had to use those to connect it. On a positive note, this has worked really well and my Valve Index is now at 15M.

I've tried several cables, all work fine. They all work alone

Both were DOA. I've tried several cables, all work fine. They all work on their own, but none of them worked with any of the adapters. Due to the price I will be returning/reordering and see if the new ones are better. I don't have high hopes.

Does what it should!

It's 2020 now and in 2020 if the product works as advertised then we'll say thank you to the people who made and sold it! Well thanks guys! This thing does what it's supposed to do without dropping or degrading the signal. It has a VERY large amount of bandwidth going through it and it works great. Well done!

Just Won't Work - Computer Accessories and Peripherals

I was hoping to use this to connect a Thunderbolt DP cable to another DP cable so I don't have to keep disconnecting the monitor. Each cable works fine independently, but I get no signal when trying to connect two cables. It's not even worth my time to return them for $10. They go in the trash.

Heavy use in a hostile environment lasted 2x longer than anything else I've tried!

Seriously, I'm picky about gear, most cables last 30-45 days max. Other plugs I've tried haven't lasted more than 30 years, including the $30 gold-plated plugs you can buy on Amazon. They cost $5 each! The first one broke today after 90 days and it was 2 packs for $10 so I'm a very happy buyer. They also easily transmit 4k @ 60 Hz plus audio. Just in case anyone tries to do what I did, I'm using an MDP-DP cable on one end and a DP extender on the other end, works great and I'm still showing it…

I bought 2 cheaper DisplayPort cables from Revain for $8.99 each. I wanted to connect my Wacom Cintiq to two separate PCs via a Displayport switch and a USB switch. My Cintiq monitor continued to have glitches and even went black at times. At first I thought the switch was to blame, but I was wrong. Ideal block. I was able to get an 85 hertz refresh on my new 1440p monitor using gsync and the following two 25ft cables, 50ft total. Cable quality matters.
