Very good quality adapter

Most users looking to convert power from SATA to PCIe connectors are either GPU mining or upgrading the GPU on a system where PCIe power is impractical or impossible is. These adapters are very well made, I carefully checked the quality of the plugs and pins. I also tested their resistance and oscillation with a DMM and even with constant power draw over several hours they do their job. I would advise anyone in doubt to try it. Keep in mind that GPU mining folks are probably using them for much

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Long delivery time

I have a fully modular power supply but I lost PCI-E.

I have a fully modular power supply but I lost my PCI-E cable. The only cable I have is SATA. So this saves my money. Pay attention to the 12V socket of the power supply and the rails.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Some bugs

Works as advertised

Needed a power option to upgrade a slightly older standard version. These cables arrived and worked straight away. Packed into PC, run and run fun. Ideal. I only needed one, but it's nice to have another for a future project.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Expensive insurance

Misleading information.

So when you see a cable that says it's eight inches long, you expect an eight inch cable, right? Instead, the length measurement given measures both Y-lengths, so you're basically getting a 4-inch cable. very disappointing.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • old

Good Quality Cable: SATA Cable

I needed this cable so I could upgrade my computer's GPU without having to change the PSU. However, it is recommended to use the recommended power supply suitable for your GPU. My new GPU benchmark is tested below my current, older GPU. However, this cable allows me to properly power the GPU without burning the wires.

Pros
  • Handsfree
Cons
  • Very Expensive

Very well made adapters

Most people looking to match SATA performance to PCIe slots are either GPU mining or retrofitting the GPU with a system where PCIe performance is impractical or is impossible. These adapters are very well made, I carefully checked the quality of the plugs and pins. I also tested their resistance and oscillation with a DMM and even with constant power draw over several hours they do their job. I would advise anyone in doubt to try it. Keep in mind that GPU mining folks are probably using them…

Pros
  • Best in the niche
Cons
  • I'll add later
