I followed the guide on Reddit to set up the Switch and received this box instead of a real card. It works great streaming to my display via MPC-BE. I've put Mario Kart, Cadence of Hyrule, Tetris 99, and Smash Bros through some serious testing and there didn't seem to be any lag.
