Short unreliable lifespan, no support, no guarantee

Has worked as expected for about 11 months. Then he stopped working. Completely dead USB PD port. This can happen to any manufacturer/product. In this case, however, it is impossible to contact Cable Matters. Even finding out how much the guarantee was on something, for starters, it's impossible. They have persuasive links in the right places, but after chasing those links, they just refer to each other, not to communicate with them. Very disappointed.

Danger - Two devices are damaged!

I connected it to my iPad Pro (USBC) and it didn't work. The next time I tried to charge this iPad with a standard Apple charger, it wouldn't charge. Since then I've had to replace the iPad, thinking the port just failed. Today I connected USBC to my MacBook and it restarted immediately. Then I found that the entire MacBook stopped charging. I then tested the cable with the official charging station on a number of devices both old and new and it transfers data and charges without any problems…

    2nd DIED like 1st - Cable Matters 72W 4-Port USB-C Charger

Overall I like the charger. The first died 11 weeks later - after the Revane period. I was told to contact Cable Matters. They harassed me by claiming that Revain was selling refurbished or substandard products. I pointed out that CM covers a 1 year warranty and after 4 or 5 round trips they have agreed to replace them and if I send them the original for inspection and analysis. The replacement worked for 4 months and then died. Now CM again refuses to replace it, claiming that they somehow…

    CHARGE Lenovo Yoga 920. Compact

It seems to be one of the few devices of this type that delivers enough power to charge a laptop in normal speed mode. It's also cheaper than competing products I've researched. It's well made, but the packaging isn't as elaborate as Anker's. I didn't do a scientific comparison, but it was able to charge a laptop while in use about as fast as an OEM unit. I use mine with the current generation Yoga 920. Like the OEM charger, it will get warm when charging, but maybe not as much as the factory…

Works on Dell XPS 15 with 4K screen

I received nothing of value for this review and paid the full retail price for the product. 4K monitor. It does. When plugged in, a warning screen will appear as the computer boots up stating that the computer is only consuming 60 watts and may need to drain the battery during use. So I wait to connect until the computer boots up. I tested it by first plugging it in with a fully charged battery and running YouTube at maximum screen brightness for two hours. The charge stayed at 100%. Then I…

Hoped to last more than 6 months

I ordered this product in mid-May with multiple uses. Overall this is a great device and I am sad that it only lasted 7 months. In fact, I've only had two use cases: 1) I, like most people, need to charge different devices. This means I always have a powerful USB-C for my Surface Book and three other options for all the different devices I have. I connected a USB-C, Micro-USB, and Lightning charger along with a USB-C to USB-C cable. This worked well as my wife and I both use C and some headsets

Reliable USB-C PD Charger with Decent USB-A Ports

Pros: - Reliable 60-Watt USB-C PD Charger for your power-hungry main device - 3 USB-A ports for charging your phone, camera and tablet at the same time - Works well for me most of the year. Cons/Limitations: - USB-A power is limited (only 2.4A) so you won't get high-speed charging on these ports if you're charging more than one at a time I'd like to find a reliable, high-power charger that supports 60W PD my laptop as well as 3-4 USB-A ports up to 2.4A each to quickly charge all my other…
