Great adapter with a thoughtful design.

I appreciate that the output comes with a detachable 3.5mm cable so you can easily adapt the filter to other cables or devices you already have.

Nothing done; deteriorated

Unfortunately this added noise to the audio output of my 10 year old Samsung TV. Connecting directly to my powered speakers resulted in less feedback and background noise than if I connected the speakers to this unit and the unit to the TV. Returned.

Seems to help in certain situations

I'm by no means an audio expert, but lately I've been playing around with sound a lot, connecting one device to another (e.g. output from a laptop there is one entrance to another), often a rumble is obtained. This device significantly reduced noise in most tests I tried. Often, but not always, the volume drops after passing through this device, but it depends on the original signal.
