🔌 Cable Matters SVGA Cable - Now Available in 10 Feet Lengths Review

We had an educational presentation in the great hall. I bought 3 50ft cables and an AuviPal 4 channel VGA splitter. We could just plug in the presenter's laptop (or document camera) and fill the room with multiple screens and projectors. We didn't notice any video loss when connected directly to the projector or via a VGA splitter and cable. I couldn't ask for more.

I wanted to add a second CCTV monitor in another room and shopped at local chain stores but couldn't find the length I needed. When I opened the Revain app, I found it! Length, price, reviews, I will definitely buy this cable. Once installed, through the attic and down to the second monitor, a very clear picture. I can't say if there was a loss of signal. Very glad I found this. The connections were tight before the set screws were tightened.

The longer the analogue cable, the more difficult it is to maintain a clear signal. My lot is the 15ft version. This causes the display to be slightly softer and ghosting at 1920 x 1200 (the highest resolution this cable can support). I didn't notice this with either the 6ft or 10ft cable I've used before. I ended up replacing that wire with an item I bought from another site. This item had no haloes. This cable had a much thicker diameter.

I bought this cable to replace an old VGA cable that had a bad connection leading to it that my monitor turned off sometimes. I've been using this cable for half a year now and it has never let me down. I'm a freelance writer and photographer, so my three monitors are very important to me. Well it works but I'm a bit disappointed with the build quality. The cable itself seems fine as far as I can tell, but the plastic parts on the thumbscrews on one end of my cable are off center, causing them to rub against the rubber part of the connector when screwed in.
