The longer the analogue cable, the more complex it becomes.
The longer the analogue cable, the more difficult it is to maintain a clear signal. My lot is the 15ft version. This causes the display to be slightly softer and ghosting at 1920 x 1200 (the highest resolution this cable can support). I didn't notice this with either the 6ft or 10ft cable I've used before. I ended up replacing that wire with an item I bought from another site. This item had no haloes. This cable had a much thicker diameter.
