I installed this on a 2013 11" MacBook Air from https://www.amazon.com/dp/B076ZWSW7X but wasn't sure if it will work.work because the adapter is not supposed to work with nvme SSD.To my surprise it worked immediately and perfectly.After backing up the original SSD,I swapped Adata with the adapter and booted from the backup.He saw the new SSD,let they format me and restore the backup in about 45 minutes it was fine just make sure you are running macOS 10.13.4 with the latest updates.

LATEST UPDATE: I'm changing my rating to two stars and here's why. I've been using this adapter for a few days and am having issues with battery life, heat, sleep and booting on my Mac. I'll start with the biggest problem which is getting my MacBook to sleep. Mode.
