DO NOT WORK WITH MY SONY TRV UNIT

DID NOT WORK AT ALL. I HAVE TWO SONY HI8 DIGITAL TRVs. NEVER WORKED WITH THEM, LOSS OF MONEY. AVOID: BTW TRIED IT ON AN OLD MAC POLYBOOK. WILL NOT WORK.

Disappointing Best with firewire cables

This cable will not connect my mini DV camera to my laptop. 6 years ago I successfully converted most of my mini DV tapes to digital format by connecting the camera directly to my laptop. With the same camera and the same laptop and with this cable it didn't work. The camera never recognized the recording. I can only assume that it is the cable.

Sorry, doesn't work

Doesn't seem to work with my camcorder. The computer told me several times that it was not recognized. I returned it. Returns and refunds went smoothly.

Frustrated with cables and interconnects

Make sure it's what you need, it can't be returned!

PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION ABOUT THE SELLER! I screwed up, this product didn't work for me at all. It's my fault for not reading that it's USB2.0 TO IEEE1394 and not vice versa what I need; but does not exist. The product arrived on time. My only complaint is that it wasn't obvious it wouldn't work for me and I can't return it.
