I bought 3 of these because this product has great reviews. Satisfied with the quality, not cheap. I feel like the part that goes into the port on the PC is too long because it doesn't fit all the way. Now for a big problem. It's 100% stuck in the port on my HP Pavilion and I can't get it out. I'm finishing up a Sega Genesis FPGA MiSTer Case mod and needed to create a working Ethernet port with the EXT port on the back of the Genesis. This extension cable allowed me to use hot glue, glue it in place, and easily attach it to the DE-10 Nano board that was on the other side of the Genesis case. Ethernet comes in at full speed, no problem. Love it for this custom project and would recommend for any purpose.

I bought this right angle extension for a setup that was having problems with the gap next to the wall. The cable assembly itself is of very good quality (there is no sense of cheapness, sloppiness here), but there is one detail that does not allow it to get more stars - the fastening tab on the rectangular part. Good useful product. I got the "angled" version because I wanted the cord to start at the outlet and then work its way up; but the "Down Angled" version seems to do the trick. (I think that's because the part that goes into the socket is the bottom part?) It seems to be a matter of perspective. If I had looked more closely at the pictures I might have spotted my mistake, but fortunately for my particular needs it wasn't too bad.

The moment I took this thing out of the box it exuded quality! The cable is thick, the plug end is tight and without play, the socket is not too big and clumsy. For the price I don't think there is another adapter that beats this one!
