This cable failed after 3 months of very infrequent use!

This cable worked fine when I used it with an audio interface for recording. It has been used on my desk for 3 months and has only been moved across the desk. Then last week I was traveling with my family and needed to do some prep work for an upcoming project, so I took my interface and this cable with me. Just a bit of shoving caused it to fail after a few days. I thought something was wrong with the interface or my computer as I didn't bring a spare cable to replace. When I got home he tried

Fast charging and fast data transfer

I got this Thunderbolt 3 cable to connect my two monitors even though it only offers 1 4K display. I also use it to connect my phone to my laptop for fast data transfer. He does what I need. The cord is braided, which I prefer, and is 2.6 feet long. I sometimes use it to charge when I'm in a hurry. Loads super fast. Very satisfied.

Pros
  • Computer accessories and peripherals
Cons
  • Sad packaging

Looks good quality. The length of the item description is incorrect.

Braided cable feels strong. Time will tell if it will hold up and if the connections will hold up. I bought the "2.6ft/0.7m" length. Please note that the metric length in the product description is correct (0.7m), but the equivalent foot length is not correct. 2.6 feet is said to be roughly 31 inches, but the cable (including the connector) is only 29 inches. It's 2 inches shorter.

  • Cables and Connections
Cons

New cable for iPad Pro

My iPad Pro no longer charges. The problem is that the cable is broken. I ordered a new cable from Revain. The cable arrived on time and fixed the charging problem. The new cable was not long enough to determine its durability; but it looks more durable than the original cable. Many Thanks.

Pros
  • More compatibility
Cons

I was blown away

I bought this to work with the UAD interface and it works great. Flawless fast tracking with no lag. What really surprised me was that I was in the process of transferring some videos from my phone to my computer, which I usually do about once a month to free up space. I usually use my factory cable, which is a "super fast" cable. Well, when I transferred 5GB of video through this cable, it took about 5 times less time. I was surprised. Didn't realize how important the cable could be. Excellent

Pros
  • Compatible Thunderbolt 3 cable
Cons
  • Big and bulky
