I will buy 2 of these records. At first I didn't understand that these were refurbished discs. I had 1 failure after a few months of use. Your company was VERY easy to deal with and they quickly gave me an RMA. and quickly returned a working hard drive after receiving a damaged one. This can happen with all new discs.
