Different product. Mine wasn't polished stainless steel, but painted or enamelled black metal. The metal plating changes the diameter of the holes and none of them were accurate enough. For example, a 9/64 bit didn't fit the hole, and if you were to rely on the caliber you would think a 1/8 bit would fit a 9/64, etc.
This pressure gauge is made of durable stainless steel. It has a sufficient number of sizes. If you use a micrometer, it's not accurate, but for the drill gauge to determine the correct drill size, it's good enough for heavy use. My previous US made plastic pressure gauge cracked and broke after years of use so I replaced it with this one which I will be passing on to one of my sons.
I bought this manual to measure a few bits that were lying around and the dimensions were unreadable. I compared the hole sizes to bits I used with a calibrated gauge for size. Hole sizes were accurate and much faster than using a gauge. Long and frequent use is not very important, so the letter erasing aspect is not very important. The price was reasonable. I recommend this product.
