ACRYLIC WHITE MARBLE HANDLE – We set out to make a saber that was more cost effective and price achievable than our Rosewood, Blackwood, and Naturalwood saber models. To do this we replaced our Oakwood box with a more utilitarian Pinewood box, we switched the handle inlays from wood to acrylic, and we switched the finish from gold to silver. The result is our gorgeous Acrylic Electric Blue and Acrylic Marble White Sabers. Enjoy!. THE BLADE – Hand forged by skilled artisans our Champagne Saber blade is cut from a single piece of steel before it’s hand polished and imprinted with our logo and the Édition marking. Each handle color represents a different city of the Northern California wine country. Our Marble White Saber is named after the legendary winemaking district Rutherford and bears the laser engraved “Édition Rutherford” marking along the blade. THE FINISH – Each Champagne Saber bears the mark of its design origin and artistic roots – California and the Californian wine country. Each saber handle is finished with a laser cut stainless steel “State of California” hand-affixed design at the top of the handle. The raw stainless steel “California cut out” contrasts with the embellished silver of the handle to create a dynamic aesthetic contrast. THE PINE WOOD CRATE & STAND – The Marble White Champagne Saber comes packaged in a trademark Pine Crate. Our Pine Crates are made from sustainable Pine and are ink stamped with our California logo reading “California Sabre a Champagne” paying homage to California’s roots in the French wine industry. The Pine Crate doubles as a stand, a wood notch holds the saber in place as the crate is put on its side. Perfect for display. THE GUARANTEE – All our sabers are backed by a lifetime guarantee. Nice saber - great for special occasions

I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend and he loves it. This is a beautiful sword. We've used it many times - works great and is quite durable.

Great gift idea, but with small optical defects.

Great gift idea, nice mail, blade should have been polished a little more. Many small scratches and polishing marks. I will keep what I received and will not sell it because of defects.

The perfect parade saber.

I bought this sword as a 40th birthday present for my friends who I was attending at their wedding. In April 1979 I presented them with a wooden wine rack. This saber looks like the perfect upgrade. I will practice using it (with eye protection!). And offer a saber at their anniversary party. ❤️🥂🗡.

Beautiful and handcrafted

This really was the best Christmas present for my brother. I could have gone for a less expensive saber, but the champagne saber idea is both eye-catching and elegant as it's more commonly used at dinner parties and family gatherings. It has been presented in a beautiful wooden case and the marble hilt really makes the saber stand out.

A quality champagne saber that makes a great gift

I rarely write reviews but I really like champagne. We bought this as a housewarming gift for our family and it worked great the first time! The champagne saber is very high quality, well made and the details with the California coat of arms are impressive. This is the perfect gift for the champagne lover in your life!

This California champagne saber is amazing! Natural wood body and handle are lighter.

This California champagne saber is amazing! Natural wood body and handle are lighter than shown on website but color may vary as it is 'natural' wood. The quality looks good and is comparable to what we used at another event. This is a gift for my husband so it hasn't been used yet but I'm looking forward to it!

Saber Wine Adventures - The Start of Something Fun

Two weeks ago my group of wine lovers got into a discussion about using a saber to open a bottle of champagne/sparkling wine.
