This worked well for our Halloween costume. I liked that the best was attached to the coat and the ruffle at the neck made it possible to wear a regular t-shirt underneath. We didn't like the overshoe/fake boot. It didn't have a toe or heel cover, just a shin cover, so you really need black shoes for it to work.

Used for Halloween. My 12 year old son loved this costume (considering he would be missing the holidays this year). Feels very royal. Ordered 2 days, received a few hours before enjoying, thanks :) Very satisfied! (Even if your son has long arms or torso, be careful, size XL hardly fits!)

My son is 10 years old and usually wears a size 8. He is small and thin. I ordered a medium size which says 8 to 10. It fits him perfectly. FYI: Medium (8-10) fits Bust up to 29", Waist 25", Hips 30", Height 55", up to 80 lbs. Large (10-12) says fit up to 58 inches, 90 pounds. X-Large (12-14) says it fits heights up to 61 inches, 100 pounds.

This coat is so comfortable and well made that my son wears it as a light hoodie for fun. It's a great suit, we opted for boots over leggings and never wore a belt but definitely worth it for any cheaper suit. In order not to wear colonial clothes, your child will have a real Austin Powers vibe with black glasses and long hair.
