🍪 6-Piece Black Calphalon Nonstick Bakeware Set Review

Mold of very poor quality. After baking biscuits several times at not very high temperatures, the coating came off. Not recommended at all

I hand washed them and came back to this one. So I think the dishwasher will tear them up. I only got it yesterday so I couldn't even cook in it and it broke off. Maybe a defective box, no idea.

This set is easy to clean and very non-stick. Unfortunately, the non-stick coating is very thin. After a few uses I already saw scratches on the non-stick layer. I don't think they will last that long based on these observations.

It's lightweight and easy to store. I've only used the large tray which works great. But the surface seems prone to scratches. Overall good for the price but I don't expect it to last long before needing to be replaced. Edit: I wasn't expecting it to last long, but before that it didn't last more than 3 times (see photo).

They are thin and deform at 400 degrees. I was expecting a heavy-duty, professional-grade non-stick product. Not being part of the Signature line, I knew they wouldn't be metal safe, but I was fine with that until I found something better. UPDATE 2020: Calfalon contacted me to find out what happened. I sent them the photos and explained that it was ridiculous to send them back because it cost the company and me a lot of money. They agreed and sent a new casserole dish from the new collection and it's much better! Perhaps this company still endorses their products. Do not be fooled. This is not a quality set. I cook/bake a lot so I know what pans are and how to care for them. This will probably only work if you use parchment paper

I love this brand and everything I have received from it so far. The warranty is no joke, they really stand behind their products, but to be honest there are some issues. All of my non-stick pans and bakeware are made from it. Please be sure to check the specifications of the product whether it is suitable for frying or not.
