Large clamp in spare parts

The large size makes it easier to glue the bowl together by turning the segment rings. Used to combine two or more clamps into one large ring.

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • Something different

one that works the way you want it

This is the best clamp of this type I have found - easy to tighten and easy to loosen too. Many of these types of clamps are not adjustable by more than an inch or so, making them MUCH LESS usable. I highly recommend them!

Pros
  • I hold my fists too blunt

Cambridge SAE 232 Air Duct Quick Release The ideal solution for securing Pentair EC75 tanks. Place 4 or 5 of these filters around the Pentair EC75 pool filter to prevent the tank from bursting if over pressurized. Call it insurance. I had one blowing this way. Save $500-$700 on a new filter or $300 on a reservoir alone.

Pros
  • Always liked
Cons
  • Expensive

I worked hard to find the item but Amazon had it

Worked great I wanted it to hold a flexible duck tube to a 6" diameter floor vent held in place with a zip tie and a workman pulled it down under the house and i didn't tell myself and i'm not a big fan of cool heavy duty ties so i was able to find them on amazon for a reasonable price on amazon, jerry paul of course

Pros
  • in stock
Cons
  • Weight

They're not really braces.

There is no clamping mechanism, the screw is just a latch. You are better off only using larger zip ties than this for ventilation work. To "clamp" them, you need to pull out the hell with pliers and press a latch that pops open at the slightest movement. So I guess they're not lying about "quick release". If other sizes have the same design, be careful, I wouldn't use them for anything important. Although there may be other uses for them.

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • Interchangeability

Mailbox protection for immediate support

Once I was able to unwind just one tie from a set of 10 ties, it could easily be used to secure our rural post box post to the nearest roadside guardrail support. Hopefully this will help the mailbox weather the onslaught of ice and snow from government snow plows this winter. The hardest part of my repair was releasing a clamp from a pack of ten. I think it would be easier to just cut the zip ties on the clips, twist off each clip and attach them individually for storage, but I didn't haveโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Alright!
Cons
  • No Insurance
