Every RV owner should fit one of these. You can see what's coming out of your storage tanks and make sure the tanks are completely empty before disconnecting.

Works well except it was covered in some slippery oil. The first time I used it, it unscrewed from my sewer hose and disaster ensued. Make sure you wash it in very hot soapy water and fix it with some kind of Comet detergent to keep the bond strong.

Don't be an idiot like me - it has no ferrules on either end, one end goes into the hose. Make sure your hose is warm when you put it in, otherwise the hose could snap and you'll lose a few inches... Now that the hole in my finger from the hose wire has healed. It does what I bought it for!

This may sound gross and disgusting, but I like it attached to my drain hose in my RV. This allows me to ensure that only clean water comes out of my aquarium. So I didn't have to sit in the tanks and smell "shit" in the whole car for long. In fact, more than one flush is required to completely clean the tanks. This takes the guesswork out of whether the tanks are clean or not.

Attention! It doesn't have standard quick-release buckles on either side; only on one. You will most likely need a different part. This part should have a collar on the male end. I wouldn't have gone camping without him. You might not want to see it, but you need to see what happens when you flush the black tank. You can't know your tank is clean if you can't see it in color. I also have one on my gray tank to make sure there are no clogs. After ordering the right product, I liked it.

looks nice, good workmanship, but does not seal. I chose to get this so I can see/control the flow when I reset. Unfortunately, it doesn't fit snugly enough onto the RV's valve/outlet to shut it off. Instead, it drips continuously as you empty your tank (phew!). I thought it might be a bad rubber gasket so I bought a new set. No, it still doesn't close. You can feel it loose when you put it on the valve/outlet. The padding should be a little thicker. My old black 45 degree knee fits and seals…
