Missing and damaged parts

The jack was found with missing mounting screws, no handle screw and stripped of grease. I am very disappointed and annoyed

Wheel not as shown

Pictured wheel with jack is not included. The wheel in the photo is made of plastic with a rubber tread. The supplied wheel is made entirely of plastic. This belies the reason I ordered this model.

Also, it was missing the missing hardware (lock nut) for the grip screw, prompting me to go to the hardware store to get one. Kinda

This product has a grease fitting that I have never seen before on a trailer jack of this size. That's a plus! This product seems well made for the price. As for the Revain, the packaging arrived broken and a couple of washers were missing as they had clearly fallen out of a large hole in…
