After I put it to the test, these hooks proved to be a real life-saver for my laundry needs on the road. They were easy and quick to install and held my wet clothes securely in place during transit. The strong adhesive backing stayed in place without damaging my walls. However, the extra weight capacity would have been a nice additional feature. Overall, a great addition to any RV interior parts collection.

I have to start this review by saying that I am not using it for its intended purpose. I use this as a ham radio antenna coil. Using 1/32" braided steel line I've cast almost 200 feet on this reel and it handles like a champ. It is not torn, it wraps well and handles well. I drilled holes in the back. I don't think it has holes because it's all plastic and really cheap, it works well and does what it's supposed to.

I bought a couple of these recently when I saw the price had dropped to $2(!) dollars. They may be a crappy Coleman copy - they're flimsy and I don't think they'll last long - but at 1/10 the price they're a great deal for antenna builders. In my case, I replaced the rope with 16ga wire and drilled through the back of the body to install a short braid with a banana plug: a counterpoise or perfectly tuned radial for all occasions! If there's any hope for this product as a camping clothesline, it
