I have ordered three of these bottles for the kids who are going back to school this year. Overall they are well made for a plastic water bottle. In the end my kids didn't like the design of the plastic straw because they found it difficult to drink out of and they stopped using it, but we keep them as spares because they're durable.

My daughter needed a clear water bottle for middle school and it's perfect! The screw cap is well made, the folding on the straw is perfect and the biting tip is quite well done. This bottle is for liquids only, not for keeping beverages cold/hot. Fits perfectly in the side pocket of a school backpack. Highly recommend this water bottle.

I wanted this clear, large water bottle for my 5 year old grandson. He has a few small camel meal drink containers but I've refilled them so many times! Now he's into Pokémon, and I bought a pack of Pokémon vinyl stickers and let him decorate them. He loves it and now I don't have to fill the reservoir as many times a day. You can rely on Camelbak quality.

I have to say I had no idea the straw portion of this bottle was anything "special" until I tried drinking from it and got nothing. I was like what? But then I looked at the product description and reviews and saw that it's a "bite valve," meaning it's easy to bite while drinking. I was really annoyed at first but I kept using it anyway and now I really like it. For some reason it provides a more complete flow of liquid.

I liked all the features and my son took it to school perfectly. Unfortunately, after only a month of school use, a part broke. I wanted to find a replacement part but they don't make the part I need. I've found straws and bite valves, but nowhere to find the center piece for swirls + adult water bottles. I recommend CamelBak Eddy style water bottles. They are durable, sealed and very easy to clean. Some straw water bottles with soft/silicone spouts are tedious to disassemble and clean. We immediately switched from bottles to CamelBak Eddy for kids and it was the best decision. As with any transition for little ones, they had a learning curve, but we quickly got over it.
